Flat-PoreDISK is cell experiment equipment that enhances handling convenience in various experiments by integrating a 3D printing frame with a traditionally dry-etched porous membrane, achieving freestanding property. This not only addresses the handling issues of existing porous membrane products but also facilitates the observation and analysis of cultured cells. Various pore sizes of porous membrane can be used for experiments such as cell migration and invasion.
Fully freestanding porous DISKs with enhanced mechanical rigidity owing to 3D printing frame.
Choice of membranes with various specifications
PC and PET
Various pore sizes (0.45, 3, and 8 μm)
Fully compatible with traditional porous membrane-based well- insert products and featuring an additional decomposability
providing a cell culture environment that closely mimics in vivo conditions
It can be used with DiskCLAMP, a decomposable well-insert (Well-INSERT).
